To acquire original paintings by Irina and limited edition prints, you can place an order directly on our website in the gallery section. For original paintings, simply select the piece you're interested in, proceed to the ordering process, and I will personally reach out to you to finalize the details, including payment and delivery.
As for the Limited Edition Prints, you can securely purchase them directly through our website. Each print comes with a detailed description, and the ordering process is straightforward. Your transaction will be processed safely, and you will receive confirmation of your purchase.

Certainly! We offer installation assistance for purchased artworks. This additional service comes with a separate fee, but we're more than happy to ensure that your artwork is expertly installed in your home. Please let us know if you'd like to proceed with this service, and we'll coordinate the details with you.
Certainly, we provide artwork delivery services to more than 100 countries. Our dependable courier partners, predominantly DHL, are responsible for shipping your artwork globally. On occasion, we may also engage services from TNT or other comparable providers.
It is essential to be aware that additional fees for customs, duties, VAT, and other relevant charges may occur, and it is your sole responsibility to address and settle these fees.
Moreover, specific details regarding the delivery cost will be discussed with you personally through private correspondence. Additionally, please note that delivery within the UK is our gift to you and is covered by us.
Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, Levies & Other Charges:
Items shipped to destinations outside the UK may incur taxes, fees, customs duties, levies, or other charges due to local laws or customs procedures. These charges must be settled before your items are delivered.
Typically, the recipient is responsible for all customs procedures related to item import and is obligated to cover any additional fees for international delivery, including import duties, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges imposed outside the UK. The recipient, not the person placing the order, will usually receive a separate payment request for these charges upon the goods' arrival in the destination country. If you're having items delivered to someone else, ensure they are aware of their responsibility for these extra charges.
Please be aware that in certain countries, like the USA and Canada, the person placing the order may receive the payment request for these charges, and in such cases, you are responsible for settling these additional fees. Payment by you or the recipient (as applicable) must be received by the relevant customs authority before the Items can be delivered.
Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot anticipate their amounts, making us unable to offer assistance in these processes.
We recommend checking customs procedures and applicable import charges in countries other than the UK before placing your order. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with any information we possess regarding the items or order that may require customs clearance.

The meticulous packaging and shipping typically take between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the delivery destination. For deliveries within England, it generally averages around 2 weeks.
All of my Original Art-Wool Paintings and Limited Edition Prints come accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. It will be seamlessly included in your shipment, ensuring the authenticity and provenance of your chosen piece.
In order to guarantee a safe transit, each artwork is treated with the highest level of care. We implement preventive measures such as the use of foam edges to safeguard all sides of the artwork, followed by shrink-wrapping for additional protection during transportation.

Currently, I do not conduct masterclasses or training sessions. However, it is in my future plans to organize both live workshops and online tutorials. I am also considering producing video lessons that include the delivery of carefully selected, high-quality wool specifically chosen for the lesson, accompanied by detailed support and care instructions. In order to ensure your absolute satisfaction throughout the festive season, we've extended our return policy. Any purchase made from now until December 31st can be returned until January 31st, 2024. This extended timeframe provides you with the confidence to shop, knowing you have sufficient time to return gifts or items that may not meet your expectations.

I undertake commissioned works very rarely, as it is a highly specialized service. Please understand that this service can be quite costly, and the completion of a commission typically takes approximately three to five months. However, I am open to discussing such projects and exploring the possibilities, please get in touch to discuss the details.
